Biography

Ben Masters is a twenty-two year old Alaskan sculptor.

He has been bending copper wire for over eight years. Without ever having taken an art class, his sculptures have developed as he has explored the medium of copper wire.

 His works range from simple turtles and flowers to detailed pirate ships and 2D railroad pictures.

“My biggest challenge is to decide which lines to follow on an object to

help people visualize what I am seeing, without drowning the piece in excess.“

Each piece is created using only one, continuous strand of wire.

Personal Life:

Ben Masters is a bisexual. He has been dating a man for well over a year.
